    Hi Ula

    I thought I would give you an update, as you were so helpful in the first instance.

    My solicitor feels he can argue that my employment was over a two year period and it looks as though they have also accepted this. They are using the standard "Polkey Deduction" and stating the outcome would have been the same if they had followed procedures correctly. We feel we have enough evidence to argue that is not the case. It looks as though they are willing to settle outside of court, but as you can imagine we are some way apart on our settlement amount.

      Hopefully they will eventually settle without you having to go through a tribunal
