    Working Days

    Hi I have worked for my firm for15 years working 9-5 for 12 of them. Since my husband passed away 3 years ago I wanted to work one day less but make the hours up over the remaining 4 days and the firm agreed to it. I have been told I am due to come back to work part time after being furloughed but when everything gets back to normal they want me to work 5 days again. Can they do this after I've been working the four days for 3 years? Many thanks

    When you changed the number of days you worked did you receive this in writing as a variation to your original contract?
