    Furlough Change

    Hi
    can you tell me if there was a change in the furlough system I’m may to include non discretionary commission or have the rules been the same since the start of furlough in March?

    Yes you can include non-discretionary commission payments. Here is a link to the government website that details what can be included.

      Thanks, what would be the case if they didn’t include the correct pay in the 1st Furlough pay in April?
      could they re claim And back date?

        There would need to be a discussion with HMRC as to whether these could be claimed back retrospectively.*
