  • Furlough

I think my employer is claiming more furlough in my name but only paying me half, I have been with this employer since January 10th, they have said I will only get 80% of my contracted 24 hours. But I have never done less than 50 hours a week, can someone tell me how furlough is calculated. Is my employer right to be giving me 18 hours pay per week. Or should it be average hours worked

Is your employer contractually obliged to pay you at a set and defined rate for the overtime that you work?
