Hi, I worked for employer (A) for 3 years until November 2019 and then left to work for employer (B).
I left employer (B) in March 2020 to go back and work for employer (A) starting on the 28th March which has now been postponed due to lockdown.
I contacted company (B) to see if they would reinstate me and put me on furlough (as per goverment guidelines) and they have refused as they are not furloughing anybody.
My question is, is it possible for company(A) to furlough me as i was on their pay roll prior to Feb 28th in November 2019?
