    Employment 10 month contract paid over 12 but leaving after 9 months

    As the title states i am employee with 10 month contract paid over 12 but leaving after 9 months. My monthly pay has been reduced because of the anticipation that I would be paid over 12 months (2 months less pay over 10 months). Am I entitled to a portion of the 2 months pay (9/10) ? FLSA exempt.

    Since you mention FLSA at the end of your post can i just check where you are based?

    Think you may be the USA in which case you have come to a UK site and we have no knowledge of USA employment legislation so i do not think you will find the answer to your question here. Sorry.
