  • Job advertised without me knowing

What rights do I have if me employer is advertising my job. Have worked with them for over 2years with no issues that have been brought to my attention.

Hi at this moment in time try not to read too much into this until you find out more information.

Have you spoken to your manager/employer about it?
Could they just be recruiting an extra person doing the same job as you.

Once you find out what is really going on if you still have some concerns then just come back and ask us, although you will need to register to continue posting on this thread which is very easy to do and we do not ask for any personal information other than email address so that you can be alerted to and responses to your thread.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

Thank you. Have arranged a meeting for Tuesday to discuss this further and other issues. Last month was not paid on pay day and when I enquired I was told to send an email to justify why I should be paid. Was paid the following day and other comments that to me fall under bullying. Will update outcome next wk
