Hope all is well as can be? I have a little ask that I'm sure someone could answer and put me straight?
Midway through my wife's Maternity Leave she was informed that she would no longer have a job to go back to. She was an agency worker for Rullion, paid by PayStream, working in the offices for one of the big power stations.
My question is; can Rullion just casually by text tell me wife there is no job for her to go back to? She was training up one person, person A, to cover for her who was on the books properly but was useless, then trained a new temp, person B, to cover her. So it seems her old job is still there as person B is doing my wife's job when she was there. If you follow?
