I am not suggesting that you raise a grievance as I know you have already raised these. What I was suggesting is that you set out a positioning statement as to how the situation has developed and the effect it has had on your health and well being in order the company now moves to a position where they are working to resolve things for you.

Thanks for your reply, I have emailed those who are currently investigating the initial grievance advising how the failed pay issue and the breach of confidentiality have had a severe effect on my health, in terms of the drop in pay without warning leaving me having to deal with the financial fallout this has left having to deal with this and the worry about the impact on my credit rating of being unable to pay my bills and Mortgage.
With regard to the breach of confidentiality how this has impacted my levels of anxiety with the feeling of colleagues knowing about my mental health condition and pointing to the fact that knowing this has left me with sleepless nights and horrible nightmares
