    symptoms still after 14 days

    Tomorrow would be the 14th day of me self isolating from work....I have already self certified and also submitted a sick/isolation note already which is expiring tomorrow....can anyone explain what would happen if I’m still showing symptoms after 14 days? Can I get another online note? My surgery is not seeing anyone either.

    I presume you have been self isolating since you have shown symptoms of COVID19? If you are continuing to self isolate then you can get a digital sick note via the 111 NHS website, the link is below.
