    Notice period advice

    Everyone in my work was called in Friday February 14th. Told company having problem to go home and directors would be looking into saving company.

    We never returned and company went into liquidation march 16th.

    When would notice period start so we know when we can claim for notice pay as we received nothing (yeah I'm aware money can /will be taken off this sum through benefits and paid work) would it start Feb 14th or March 16th??

    Oh I should have got 12 weeks notice as worked there 17 years.
