    What is “deputy rule cancelled”

    Hi

    ive just received a email from my employer stating that “a deputy rule was cancelled, passing your deputy responsibilities back to the original manager.”

    it further states

    “Responsibility Holiday and Sickness

    Start Date 23/03/2020

    End Date”

    can anyone shed any light what this means?
