    Suspended from work due to Corona Virus

    Hi. My husband is cabin crew for an airline. He just returned from Spain last Friday. My job, that I've been going to all this week, just told me that I can't work for the next 2 weeks because he returned from a high risk Corona Virus area. Is it legal for them to suspend me because of his job?

    These are very difficult times and things are evolving very rapidly.

    Has your husband self isolated as a result of coming back from Spain?

    Companies are having to adapt to this changing situation and one of their priorities has to be the health and safety of their staff. I
    n the normal course of events a suspension would require, unless stated in your contract, for you to be on full pay whilst you are off.* Have they said whether they are going to pay you whilst you are off?
