I can't see anything you've attached. What exactly does the order say about disclosong your medical records - don't give it to us paraphrased or in your own words, we will need to see it verbatim if you want us to interpret it properly.
If the solicitor is lying about things and trying to take advantage you can report her to the SRA who may investigate her for breach of the solicitor Code of Conduct and Principles. If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

"Copies of the parts of her GP and other medical records that are relevant to whether she had a disability at the time of the events the claim is about."
That seems relatively clear cut to me. If I was in your position, I would be writing to the solicitor pointing out that the order does not state that they are entitled to full medical records including records not relevant to your disability. Ask her specifically in your letter to point out in the order where does it say that full medical records must be disclosed.
You could also mention that you believe her demand for full medical records is a complete fishing expedition and you would like to explicitly state that you do not consent to the release of your full medical records. Furthermore, you could also say to her that you you consider her conduct and demands for disclosure of documents not ordered by the Tribunal to be contrary to the SRA Standards and Regulations, specifically Regulation 1.2 which requires her not to abuse her position by taking unfair advantage of others. If you think she is misleading the court then you could also point to Regulation 1.4 which says that she must not mislead or attempt to mislead the court or others and her demands together with writing to the Tribunal claiming that you have not complied with the order is wholly misleading and you are therefore minded to report her to the SRA for non-compliance.
Of course, if the solicitor believes that you haven't complied, invite her to explain how you have not complied with the order and on what basis - this is assuming she hasn't already explained her reasons to you.
May as well lob in the fact that you paid your GP to pull out all records relevant to your disability as added force. Could be worth sending a copy to the Tribunal too but that's up to you.

I suggest you go back to them and ask for her SRA number, you will be able to do a search on the Find a Solicitor website. Otherwise threaten to report her for pretending to be a solicitorIf you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Sorry there is not much information to go on here.
Are you in the middle of a tribunal claim?
If so what stage are you at and have you exchanged any documents?
Has this change by the respondent's solicitor been as a result of her seeing the documents that you are going to rely on at the Tribunal hearing? If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

What are you claiming?
Does the medical condition that you have qualify under the Equality Act 2010 as a disability?
How was your medical condition notified to your employer and when. What did they do when they found out about your medical condition e.g. did they speak to you or did you ask about reasonable adjustments?

Back to the original question, I too would like to know if there is a legal term for when one party keeps changing their argument or the particulars of their case to counter what you have told them. I had a boss that did that once, each time I met an argument he would change what he said, in many instances he ended up contradicting himself.

Happy to help but with the limited information you have provided can you be a bit more specific about what you want to know.
I think what you are asking is can you provide a recording of a meeting which was taken without any knowledge as evidence to the Tribunal hearing? There is no straight forward yes/no answer given there are instances where a Judge has allowed covert recordings video/voice by either party as evidence and others where the judge has not accepted it.
Do you have a transcript of the recording?

Hi Jadey22 we have tried to merge your threads as it is getting very confusing with starting multiple threads on the same topic.
Unfortunately in doing so we have lost the last thread you posted earlier today. Please can you repost on this thread and ensure that you continue on this thread for the topic of your employment tribunal case.
Many thanksIf you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
