    IR35/ AWR - Employee vs Agency worker Discrimination

    Hi, I work for a major manufacturer and currently working as self employed, but will cease 6 April, as the end client deems me to come under IR35. Currently the client allows employees to Work from Home, however the Agency workers are forbidden. I'm* working as a Ltd company and from 6 April I'll be working under an Umbrella company.*Am I not being discriminated? I thought AWR protects the Agency workers against this practice? Thanks

    I presume you found this work through a temporary work agency but you are self-employed, in which case you do not have the rights of an agency worker as you do not meet the requirements of this category of employment status.
