  • Disciplinary process

Hi Iam new here so sorry if this has already been asked but due to timescales and stress I am trying to find out if this action is lawful.
If you have had a disciplinary meeting and you have had a letter advisng of the outcome but you have remained on suspension until they can place you on another site, can your employer then, a week later, send you another letter asking you to atrend another disciplinary hearing to answer a further set of allegations with no evidence ?

Hi yes you have posted in the correct place.

So I presume that prior to the disciplinary you were on suspension and part of the outcome of the meeting was that you would need to be transferred to a different site?

Are the new allegations the same or entirely different to the original allegations?

When detailing the new allegation in the letter if they have not provided any evidence to support them have they indicated they will make these available to you in advance of the meeting and if so when?

How long have you been employed with the company?

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
