Sorry just need to ask some questions:
What exactly does your contract say with regard to rota working?
What are your total working hours and does this take account of your current Sunday rota?*
Are you currently paid for working a Sunday? If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

My contract just states Sunday's and bank holidays on a rota basis. We work a six day week with one day off each week, that is on a salary basis. We currently also work one in three Sundays included in our salary, this has been a verbal agreement what has been in place for over 4 years. They now want us to work every other sunday for no extra money or time off.
