    Wind up a company

    Is there a way to have a company 'wound up' without paying the extortionate costs.* For example is there a company who may look into this on your behalf?* A company is running insolvent, paying preferred creditors and have not appointed an administration team. It appears they have also created a phoenix directorship. The company are escaping debts.*
