I'm hoping someone can help me please.
A few days ago, i received an email at work from my previous business unit(I still work for the company but in a different business unit) stating I'd been named as 'an individual who may hold relevant material' following a SAR request submitted by my former manager. I've read a lot of guidance around this subject following this request but was hoping for some clarification on the following questions:
What personal data(I can only think of her name) does a staff member hold on their manager?
Would i have to disclose emails sent to my union rep which mentions my former manager?
Would i have to disclose emails sent to and from my former manager about my own personal situation such as sickness, disciplinary and grievance. I've also taken notes of conversations we have had about my personal situation so would these need to be disclosed as well?
Maybe I'm overthinking as it's a bizarre request but i don't want to do anything incorrectly and give them a chance to get me into trouble.
Thank you
