Can an employer change your role, increase your work load change your hours, pay and bonus entitlements and you have to put up with It there anything legal that can be done ?

What does your contract of employment say? -
i have a section under Job Title that states Your Title is ****** this title does not limit your duties, and the company may require you from time to time to do any work within your capacity. It dosnt refer to a permanent change and there is nothing elsewhere with similar wording ? Ref the bonus it just states 'you will have an opportunity to earn an annual bonus unto 10% of your salary under the current bonus scheme, details will be provided by your manager.'
Can they just remove this if i have it in writing in a contract ?
