  • Help with COT3

So I have a agreed a settlement with my ex-employer and they have agreed to give me some money.

The COT3 I've received from ACAS only talks about mabout being allowed to say anything negative about them. Normally I wouldn't care but I've started my own business and I don't want them saying negative things about me either.

Is this something I am allowed to add?

You need to go back to your ACAS contact and discuss with them to ask your ex-employer for a reciprocal agreement to this clause.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
