Newbie here, trying to help a friend who is having issues with a work contract and restrictive covenants, does anyone know the best way forward to get some help?

Hi sorry for the delay in responding. It would be useful to get more information on the issue and also sight of the restrictive covenant clause to be able to provide some assistance.
