    Not sure if the basic holiday entitlement goes up in April 2009 as well if that helps. From memory (and it's failing fast) an extra 3 or 4 days is added to the basic 17 excluding bank holidays.

      I think its going to be 28days including Bank Holidays. Which basically means 20 days plus bank hols.

      Why may you need it soon Di?

        The lad has had a problem at work with his hours, they have also not given him any entitlement to hols etc. Just want to be sure he gets what he is entitlrd to
