Hi was wondering if anyone could help. I had early conciliation through acas and it was agreed with a ct03 drawn up. I received this and signed it and sent it to the other party. The other party have not signed and returned and the 14 days is well and truly up. Can I go to the shieff court to have this money recovered. Thanks
Simple procedure

Do you know if the other side confirmed their agreement to the conditions by telephone or email - you may need to go back and check this with ACAS?
If so then my understanding is that the agreement became binding at that point even in advance of signing the COT3. I would double check this with ACAS first and if, given that the agreement was confirmed and I presume the terms have not been acted on, that you can now send a copy of the agreement to the Sheriff's office who will enforce the agreement. If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.
I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
