    Hi LegalBeagles!

I wanted to know if a weekly email for 12 employees detailing holiday/office location/working from home etc, out of a business of 265 employees was breaking GDPR rules. I am confused as I am office based. So I am either in the office or on holiday, The planner for 12 employees is shared with 14 email addresses. Many thanks in advance.

If this is a department or team issued document just ensuring that everyone in that group knows who is going to be in that week and where they are working from then it is not likely to be a GDPR issue.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.

If it is just saying that person xxxx is working at home, in office location xxx or on holiday for each day of the week, then I see no issue with this from a GDPR perspective.
