  • Inappropriate conduct

I have been accused of inappropriate conduct. I have had two meetings with HR and still do not know what I have done. They have interviewed my colleagues and after 46 days I still have no idea what I have done. I have been off work for the last month with depression and anxiety. They have now written to me to attend a meeting to discuss the accusation and advised I can bring a witness. I have asked for details before the meeting and they still will not tell me. I am frightened that they will hang up on me as I have no support and I was told I can not tell my work colleague friend about the accusation. What can I do?

Post up a suitably redacted copy of the invitation letter.
