    Overpaid Wages

    I recieved a payslip from a previous employer last week then their payroll put a weeks amount in my account a few days later. I got an email today asking for it back and just wondered what their power is in recovering it? In the long run would it be less headache giving it back even though its tempting to ignore it?

    If it was an error on their part they are entitled to the return of the money.
    If you haven't spent it..... give it back!
