Can i have Holiday whilst suspended

2 weeks ago i was suspended with pay awaiting investigation
booked tickets for a wedding abroad in early March and wedding is next week and haven't requested time off

what do I do?

Whilst on suspension, although you will not be required to attend work, you should remain available to assist in the investigation, be available to attend investigation or disciplinary meetings, or deal with any work-related questions. Further, if the suspension is lifted earlier than anticipated, then you would be expected to return to work. I would suggest that if you wish to go on holiday you request annual leave and your employer should handle the request in accordance with its normal procedures.

Just a though if your company has a policy about having to book holiday xxx days in advance of you actually wanting to take it you may need to hurry up to book it as they would be well within their rights to refuse.
