    TUPE and Associated Employer

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know how TUPE works of company A (allegedly) makes you redundant on the Friday before you start with company B on the Monday?

    Does the redundancy mean TUPE doesn’t apply?
    I’m confused *♂️ I’m in a funny situation where a redundancy has taken place on paper only.

    I am not sure what you mean by a redundancy taking place on paper. Is your job being transferred to company b?
