Paid for training.

Just a quick one,

I'm a zero hour contract worker employed by a company.
I've am required to complete some online training in my own time.

Should i be paid for this?

Speak to HR, but I would image so.

I believe that you should be paid for any training that you do in relation to your job even though you are on a zero hours contract. My daughter has to do monthly training and although she works a zero hours contract is always paid for any training she attends.
