    Hello to everyone can anyone give me some guidance on an effective grievance appeal.

    If you can provide some further background details then we can provide some guidance.

    Is this an appeal to the outcome of a grievance you have raised?
    What was the reason for the grievance?
    What reason has the company given for not upholding the grievance?

      I applied for an internal vacancy at my job and I was subjected to an humiliating interview process and scored lower in order for me not to secure the post. They are denying this to cover liability damage.

          So is the grievance letter in response to the outcome of your interview or have you already raise a grievance and they have not upheld it so you wish to appeal?

          On what basis are you considering raising and ET1?

            I was told to move on after my interview results by a senior manager. And I was asked questions outside of the interview process which they are now saying they didn't ask me

                You need to exhaust the companies internal grievance procedure before any court claim.
                Is this going to come down to a he says she says ?

                  In terms of your point "
                  I was asked questions outside of the interview process which they are now saying they didn't ask me" where these questions that could be deemed to be discriminatory? If not why do you feel they were outside the interview process?

                  How long ago was the interview, since if you did want to raise a grievance you should not leave it too long after the event to do so? Have you asked for feedback from the interviewers as to why they felt you were not suitable for the position?

                  As Matty B has said if you did want to start an ET claim then you need to be very clear as to the claim that you have and you would be best advised to have completed the internal process as not having done so would not be considered favourably.
