  • Dismiss based on documents with forged signature

I`ve start working in april 2018 for a company,i had 12 weeks probation period...after each month i should have a review with my manager regarding my performance. I had first 3 reviews and they extend my probation period with another 4 weeks ... After those 4 weeks nothing happend...until this month(January 2019) when i had an review with my manager regarding my performance and after one week a meeting with a shift manager where he provide me another 4 reviews with last page printed and marked with a pen over my signature (my signature has been forged)
I don`t want my job back, but i want to pay the person that forged my signature...how i should start, where i should go? Maybe i miss some details...for more details please ask

From what you have said is sounds like you have been dismissed from your job. Was it because of the documents and where these the ones produced following your previous reviews. Do they accurately record the outcome of the reviews and had you been copies of them before?

Do you know who forged your signature?
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.

Was this a genuine attempt to forge your signature? Did it look very much like your signature? Or was it simply your name, written by someone else?

What was the point of these signatures? Was it your manager covering up that some of the required reviews had not taken place?
