  • Can an employer force me to work at different location?

    Hi
Bit complicated but hope someone has the answer. I was investigated (later dismissed agter appeal) Whilst speaking to the appeal manager I mentioned Bullying. She said it had to be dealt with and told my store manager, who then put in a ridiculous retaliation grievance against me. I also put in a grievance against the two bullies.I went off sick with stress of it all. I now feel much better and wish to return to work but have been told I cannot go back and must move to another store.

The bullies are disgusting people who have done this to loads of people who have said they will be my witnesses.Surely they should be the ones moving not me, this is just retaliation.

How long have you worked there, and what does your contract state in regards to your actual place of work?
