Almost all workers who work a 5 day week are entitled to 5.6 week's or 28 days paid holiday per year. An employer can include bank holidays as part of this statutory entitlement. As you work 4 days per week your holiday entitlement is pro-rata and works out at 4.48 weeks or 22.4 days paid holiday per year.If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
