I have been employed by my employer since November 2016 and previously worked for them via an agency since the July. But in December 2017 we (4 full time employees) never got paid for 3 weeks we all finally got all our backdated pay just before Christmas. Since then we have had to wait a couple more times to be paid.
We have not not been paid again now for 3 weeks and there is no sign of any payment soon. I have had to go into overdraft facility. Just to be able to buy food .
My employer has changed company names few times in the last 2 years. I like working there and do not want to jepodise my job. But I am worried that the company may fold and that I will not get my wages.
