  • Suspended from work

Hello so ill jump straight to the point. After work I like to enjoy a joint on the walk home. I don't like to keep my stuff inside my work so I stash my bag outside in a bush. Basicly my employer found my bag and has suspended me on under the influce of drugs at work. I have two questions are they legally allowed to hold my bag know it is mine? Also they don't do any drug testing

    thanks for the help

Well no, they can't legally hold onto your bag.
But, given that your only available legal response is to report it as theft to the Police and ask them to assist you to recover your stash, it's hard to see what you can do about it.
They don't have to do drug testing.
