I can’t take the environment within my workplace anymore. I’ve read a foreign website that gives advices to different situations and problems of workers and corporate slaves. It’s been a great help to me in the past few months but it’s pretty vague on when it’s time to throw in the towel. Can someone tell me when it’s a clear sign that it’s time to call it quits? Like common examples and signs most people experience before deciding it’s time to resign. Thanks in advance.
How can you tell when it’s time to throw in the towel?

There is no magic answer and only you will know when the time is right to leave if you are not happy with your work environment. Not knowing the details, so you may have already done this but have you tried or considered speaking to someone either your supervisor, HR or another manager to see if improvements can be made? If they can then given them a try first and see if things get better.
If you do ultimately decide to leave then my word of advice would be find another job to go to first if possible. Better to be getting an income even if it is in a place that you do not want to be than resigning with no other job to go to. Also from a perspective of a new employer it is also good to be working rather than a gap in your CV that takes more explaining. If you really are that fed up then just see it as a means to an end until you find something else.
