    Hi, thanks for reading!
    i have ET soon around UD of Wages and Respondent using Agarwal as Case to argue in their favour.
    can anyone give I advice around counter cases to produce to the ET, I have researched Camden v Atchoe.
    my claim is about an implied term in my contract.

    I presume you are claiming for a situation of which led to an unfair deduction from wages?

    I am not sure that Camden v Atchoe is helpful to you because it went to the Court of Appeal who ruled in Camden's favour from what I can see. The ET initially found in Atchoe's favour but then Camden appealed to the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) and won, Atchoe then appealed to the Court of Appeal and lost.

    Not knowing the full details it's a bit difficult to direct you to a case that may support your claim.
