I work at a car dealership. When I started in 2017, my hours were Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6pm with one day off. We also worked one Sunday in three (10am to 4pm). This later changed to still having that one day off in the week but doing alternate weekends which gave us more days off. Employer has now decided that this doesn work as well as they had planned and wants to switch back to the original system. I feel its un fair as I have to work more days/hours for the same pay now. I am basically losing 17 days off per year.
