    Employer Fire Safety Personal Evacuation plan for disabled staff

    Hi,

    My wife has a disability and works for a very large company.

    On checking the fire procedure, there are mentions of a PEEP. A personal evacuation plan for disabled staff.

    They do not appear to have followed this.

    Please could somebody let me know if

    This legislation still applies?

    If non compliance carries any penalties?
