Use the date of T2G final letter

      "Generally, these time limits are:

      • six months from the business sending the consumer a final response (which has to mention the six-month time limit); and
      • six years from the event the consumer is complaining about (or - if later - three years from when the consumer knew, or could reasonably have known, they had cause to complain)."

I wonder if T2G are in breach of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, and if they apply?
You will need to examine your original agreements.

Since 2015 the Office of the Independent Adjudicator has also covered alternative providers http://www.oiahe.org.uk/about-us.aspx
Although they seem a bit toothless they might be able to advise you

          Re: Train2Game

Apologies for delay in responding, but am snowed under with my own matters.

I think your complaint needs to be much more succinct. Seven pages is too much.
You should include copies of paperwork fro t2g, and refer to specific parts where they have failed to perform.

I'll try and look into it in more detail over the next few days, and suggest more specifics.

You will need to print off copies of emails etc to include with your complaint.

Do you not have a copy of your agreement, enrolment forms etc?
Without proof of what they contracted to supply you will struggle to succeed.

It is the written complaint which you need to precis, not the evidence you include.

If you have low income you may qualify for fee remission if you are intend to initiate court proceedings.

Ignore the warning at the bottom of the emails

When you have drafted your complaint to the ombudsman post it up here before sending it.

Make sure all copies are fully legible.
Their response to illegible copies could well be "if he can't be bothered, why should we?".

If it takes 4 pages, it takes 4 pages.
Just make sure it is coherent and factual.

Regarding the possibility of court and T2G knowing your arguments, they will anyway.
If you proceed to court, both sides have to submit their arguments (both claim and defence) to the court and each other before the hearing.
Neither side may spring surprises, or handbag the other.
