  • Prevention of enrolment and consequences

was studying at a UK university. In a subsequent year there was a system error which prevented me from enroling, which they acknowledge. Enrolment is a pre-requisite of 'becoming a student' according to the university's website. You are only entitled to 'attend your course' if you are 'fully enroled'. During that year the university placed me on probation as a result of a lack of engagement (in their view) and terminated my studies. What legal argument could I use to challenge them?
