I do not believe I had a 12 month contract with Three but I was with Three for many years and I assumed it was a rolling contract. As I developed osteoarthritis in both knees, I lost my job due to this. I approached Three that I could then only afford £5.00 from then ongoing and requested if they consider giving me a favourable rate. They first said they would help then a couple of days later they said pay £8.00 a month or leave. I opted to leave, and they slapped the above £50 as termination charges.I have complained to Three and requested proof of agreement of contract renewal including the date, method of agreement, and any call recordings or documents relied upon as I do not knowingly believe I agreed to a new 12 month agreement.
Today they have phoned and suggested that they would be emailing me the contract, recorded phone conversations but upto now I have nothing from them. My complaint disouying the above charge is open with them as under:
