    Debt Recovery Plus Northern Ireland 2023

    Hello,
    I have received a letter from DRP looking for £170 for staying over a time limit in a Belfast City Centre car park.
    I have not replied to the letter.
    I have checked my records and I was in that car park but I specifically remember paying cash for a ticket to display on the car, as it was 11am on Sunday morning and I was going to something in Mac theatre with my young daughter and other people were using the same car park for the show.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
