Hi guys
I would really appreciate your advice,
I found out I have an outstanding CCJ which runs out of time on 9th July 2019 it wasn’t showing on most of the credit check websites and after a difficult divorce I’m just getting my credit rating up .
I had a letter from Robinson Way claiming I owe 3212.05 so I checked all the agencies and found it on equifax Which I don’t normally use .
Anyway I have been ignoring them and so far have not communicated with them .
today I had a letter saying Hoist now own the debt and with the letter was an order “ GSO application “ from the business and property courts showing the Claimant as Hoist and defendants as “ Multiple “
what should I do ? Wait it out ? Or isn’t that an option
