    Everything costs money..... grrrrrr

    Don't mention Arrow or anything about the court claim or debt.

    Don't ask for bank statements, ask for transaction lists ( bank statements they charge separately for )

    don't mention charges or unfair terms or any of that shizzle, keep it to a bog standard request for everything HSBC hold about you. You never know what might turn up in it.

    Keep us in the loop, ANYTHING you receive from court/claimant etc. xxx

    Now that has gone in, I would get a SAR off to HSBC, requesting screen notes, transaction lists, terms etc... so you can look at how the amount is made up and also there could be other defence options if Stat barred fails for any reason. Have a cuppa first though lol.

    thank you so much for your help, this has had me soooo stressed out and i feel marginally better knowing that i have actually done something about it now.

    Yes the claim number should be enough. You've said in the letter about the address change.
