  • dj0nes v Lowell (Hearing tomorrow)

    Hi All,

Sorry to double post but is someone able to take a look at my original post here and advise me?

    http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...er-Fredreksons

Just to provide an update the claimant never responded to the Judges directions to provide all evidence they wish to rely on 14 days before the hearing.

Tomorrow is the hearing date and I had Lowell Solicitors contact me to say they are going to apply for an extension, their reasoning behind this and not responding to the judges order is because it was being handled at the time by Bryan Carter (Who is named on the claim form) but it's now been transferred to Lowell Solicitors.

Where do I stand on this? I've been asking them (With proof) for over three months to provide a single shred of evidence this debt exists and so has the judge and both occasions they've not provided a single shred of evidence and now one day before the hearing date (After I've booked time of work etc.) they want to change the goal posts and buy themselves more time depsite the fact I've been chasing them for months for this information?

    Cheers
    Darren
