Bryan carter and lowell
Good evening.
I have read many threads but none seem to fit my predicament exactly and i hope someone can help.
I had a letter from Bryan Carter in November 2013 claiming a debt against my name which i agreed a to pay. I began paying straight away and finished paying in Feb 2014. I have now discovered that i have a CCJ attached to my credit file from December 2013. I have no paperwork relating to this issue, therefore no account numbers or reference numbers. I have contacted them directly via info@bryancarter.co.uk and received an email stating: "We confirm we are no longer instructed on this account. We confirm the last payment received was in the sum of £32.88 on 1st February which cleared the outstanding balance and our file is no longer closed. Should you have any further queries you should contact our client direct and the address below.

Our file is legally privileged save in respect to your name, address and date of birth and the pleadings in the case. We do not have a copy of the pleadings as we issue in the County Court Business Centre."
