    Mortimer clarke no response to CPR request

    A little background:

    Received claim on the 29th of april
    Acknowledged by post ( website does not work for me)
    sent CCA request to Cabot
    sent Mortimer Clarke CPR request


    the 7 Days in the original letter have passed and i have not received a response from them. any ideas on where to go from here?
