  • what is a GENERAL DIRECTIONS ORDER

Hi have defended a court claim in Jan 2015 with MKDP , HAD HEARD NOTHING FROM THE COURT OR MKDPuuntill today when from the court I had this form its a General Directions order and has been filled in by MKDP , ON THE FORM THEY HAVE TICKED A BOX SAYING THEY WANT THE APPLICATION TO BE DEALT WITH WITHOUT A HEARING , ( sorry caps ) and as evidence they state and I quote... The reason for the application is that due to a coding error , a batch of the bulk claims issues defaulted to an incorrect particulars of claim type and a wrong template was used, This application is to correct that technical error.
I haven't a clue what this means , any ideas in simple plain English would help me a great deal.
And from Mkdp I have had a letter asking me to withdraw my defence and offer a payment . They also include some bank statements from the account which I cant read.
Please any advice would be most welcome
